How can I get past my creative block or resistance?

What’s the most important task in achieving my dreams?

When is your next writing workshop?

I've heard EMDR is a very helpful method for getting “unstuck.” Would it work for me?

May I read a chapter from each of your books?

Can you give me ideas to jump-start my writing?

How do I arrange for you to speak to our group?

Hello!  Welcome to my website.  I am a writer, coach, teacher and psychotherapist who is committed to helping you transform your roadblocks into building blocks to create the life of your dreams.

I am excited by the process of growth and am dedicated to helping those I work with find meaning, purpose and passion in their own lives.

Having been a licensed psychotherapist since 1982, it has deeply enriched my life to help people become who they dream they can be.  What I have discovered on my own journey is that at heart I am a writer. I now include writing and other expressive arts as I guide people through the process of healing and transformation.

I believe our lives are meant to have meaning, purpose and joy, and I am dedicated to helping everyone I work with achieve that.

As you browse this site, you'll find workshops, writing ideas, and more. I update this site often with new resources, writing jump-starts, and inspiration for your journey.

I hope you’ll visit regularly and let me know how I can help you become more creative, focused, productive, and passionate about living the life of your dreams!
