I love working with people as a coach because it uses all of my professional skills and talents. When I am coaching someone, I offer: |
- The listening skills I have honed during my three decades years as a psychotherapist;
- The creativity that I bring to my role as a passionate and dedicated teacher of personal growth writing;
- The focus and determination of a person who has managed to write and publish two successful books while practicing psychotherapy, giving presentations, teaching and classes, and being a wife, stepparent and grandparent.

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU
COACHING
- Do you just want to be writing, painting or creating
but don’t know how to take the first step?
- Do you have a project, thesis, dissertation, article
or book you can’t quite finish writing?
- Are you having trouble managing your time and
balancing your work, family and creative life?
- Do you find yourself procrastinating instead of
writing?
- Is your manuscript buried in a pile or are your
notes missing in action somewhere in your office?
Then our Coach Approach may be for you! You will work in a practical, focused and co-active (working with you) way to get unstuck, organized and productive.
Because I am both a psychotherapist and a coach, I know how to help when old feelings get in the way. Together we will use both coaching and short-term therapeutic techniques as needed to help you resolve those feelings and get creative again! |
